The idea is simple - get everyone at your work, school, university, gym, pub or club to wear a bandana and give £1 towards pioneering research into brain tumours. You can sign up online to hold a bandana day at any time of year or register your interest for Bandanas for Brain Tumours 2015.
Once you've signed up, we'll post you our free Bandanas for Brain Tumours pack including posters, collection boxes and tailored tips to help make your day bandana-tastic!
After that, it's easy:
1. Shout about it. Spread the word to your friends, family, colleagues and everyone in between.
2. Collect £1 from everyone who wears a bandana (and £2 from those who don't!). Then send the cash to us.
3. Share your bandana pictures with us via our Facebook or Twitter profiles.
