Self exclude form

If you choose to self-exclude from our lotteries and raffles, we will not target you with
marketing materials at any time during the 6 month self-exclusion period and until you tell us
that you wish to receive communications. We will take steps to remove your name and details
from our marketing database.

The Brain Tumour Charity uses an External Lottery Manager (ELM) to run our lottery and raffle.

Our ELM Sterling will close any membership of an individual who has entered a self-exclusion
agreement and return any funds held in your name.
