Take in the spectacular views of London from 80 metres up in this truly breathtaking experience. The ArcelorMittal Orbit is right in the centre of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Park, and is known for its striking and unusual design. During your descent you will be looked after by highly trained professionals - allowing you to savor the extraordinary 20 mile views of the city in this unforgettable challenge.

In order for you to take part this abseil challenge, you must meet the height (1.2 metres), weight (max 120kg) and age requirements (14 years old, if you are under 18 you will need written consent from a parent or guardian) in the "essential requirements" in the document linked below.
You must also read the "physical and physiological requirements" in the document below; if you have any outstanding medical conditions which may prevent you from taking part in this challenge, you must seek medical advice from your doctor before signing up.
You'll receive support from the Challenges Team including email updates, a fundraising pack and #TheBrainyBunch t-shirt to wear for the event. You can also join our Facebook page to share hints and tips with your fellow challengers!
