|150g butter||2tbsp stem ginger syrup|
|75g soft brown sugar||250-300g oats|
|3tbsp golden syrup||4 pieces of stem ginger (in syrup) chopped|
Before you start:
Score the surface of the flapjack into portions with a knife while it is still hot to make it easier to slice when cool.
