Live Chat is our free, online chat service, available from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and provides a simple way to ask a question or raise concerns without needing to pick-up the phone.
No matter what your concern, a friendly member of our information and support team will be there to answer your questions and offer support.
Some examples of what you might like to talk to us about:
Sometimes, your question may take a little more time to answer, as we may need to do some research to be able to answer your question fully. But, we will always keep you updated and will let you know if we need to come back to you at a later date, so we can provide the best, most informed response.
We are not medically trained so won't be able to answer any specific questions/give advice about your individual treatment plan or be able to offer any form of diagnosis. But, we will offer advice on who you can speak to.
As we are a UK charity, all our information is based on the UK healthcare system. If you are contacting us from outside the UK, therefore, we will not be able to provide any information about the healthcare system in your country.
We are currently available to chat between 9am and 5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
There may be times we're offline, but you can leave a message for us and one of the support team will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also get hold of us by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll aim to get back to you within one working day.
If you find you would rather talk over the phone, you can call us on our support line: 0808 800 0004 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
