We know how isolating life can be following the diagnosis of a brain tumour and Live Chat provides another means of reaching us in those moments when you need to talk or have some questions.
“Since the introduction of Live Chat, we have already had conversations ranging from questions about the signs and symptoms of a brain tumour to how to access benefits advice.
“However you are affected by this awful disease and whether you prefer to pick up the phone or contact us online, you are now able to get in touch with our dedicated, experienced team in a way that is convenient for you.”
The service will initially be open Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, excluding bank holidays.
