Your Walk – Your Way! Join 2500 walkers and trek 25 km across the Capital with unrivalled views of the skyline & landmarks. From Putney Bridge you’ll walk East towards the City, zigzagging over 16 historic bridges, each with a fascinating story – and a mid-point rest stop at The Oval Cricket Ground for snacks & drinks. 25 km later, beyond the majestic Tower Bridge, it’s a party style finish line celebration & afternoon picnic in Southwark Park.
The Brain Tumour Charity is an official Series Partner of the 2026 Ultra Series which means you’ll receive a 50% discount on the ‘full sponsorship’ option when signing up.
My favourite memory of the walk was walking around The Tower of London and seeing it in all its glory in the September sunshine, front, back and all around it. I also spotted lots of beautiful architecture around the bridges too. It was fabulous!

How to enter the Thames Bridges Trek
Choose a distance and fundraising option that suits you, sign up using the link above and we’ll support you on your fundraising journey.
You pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place! As we are an official Charity Partner – you get 50% off the standard reg fee below which is automatically added at checkout.
25km: registration fee £30, fundraising target £275
10km: registration fee £20, fundraising target £100
At least 50% of the sponsorship target must be with The Charity 3 week prior to the Challenge. Failure to meet the deadline may result in cancellation of your place by The Charity. The remaining 50% and any extra, should be with your Charity by 4 weeks after the Challenge. We are here to support you get to your fundraising target !
Pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we pay the balance of the event place cost.
25km: registration fee £50, fundraising target £150
10km: registration fee £22.50, fundraising target £70
