Raise a Data Protection Complaint or Concern

If you’re worried about how The Brain Tumour Charity has used your personal information, or you believe something may have gone wrong, you can use this form to tell us. It is specifically for data protection–related complaints or concerns, such as how we collect, use, store, share, or protect your data.

Your submission will be sent securely to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) team and logged in our internal system. We will acknowledge your concern and aim to respond within 30 days, as required by the Data Use and Access Act 2025 and UK data protection law. If we need more information from you, we will ask for it, and the response timeframe may pause until we receive it (“stop the clock”).
