Your Walk – Your Way! Get your walking shoes on and explore some of the Capital’s less known historic areas with a tour of the ‘gateway to London’ along the Thames’s eastern section. Starting alongside the grandeur of Woolwich Barracks (short walk from Elizabeth Line, DLR, & Overground) – there’s a marathon looped route, which heads into the heart of the Capital – alongside a 25km option taking in Greenwich, and a 10km option if you’re after something a bit shorter!
The Brain Tumour Charity is an official Series Partner of the 2026 Ultra Series which means you’ll receive a 50% discount on the ‘full sponsorship’ option when signing up.
How to enter the London Summer Walk
Choose a distance and fundraising option that suits you, sign up using the link above and we’ll support you on your fundraising journey.
You pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place! As we are an official Charity Partner – you get 50% off the standard reg fee below which is automatically added at checkout.
Marathon: registration fee, £40, fundraising target £375
25km: registration fee £30, fundraising target £275
10km: registration fee £10, fundraising target £150
At least 50% of the sponsorship target must be with The Charity 3 week prior to the Challenge. Failure to meet the deadline may result in cancellation of your place by The Charity. The remaining 50% and any extra, should be with your Charity by 4 weeks after the Challenge. We are here to support you get to your fundraising target !
Pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we pay the balance of the event place cost.
Marathon: registration fee £75, fundraising target £225
25km: registration fee £50, fundraising target £150
10km: registration fee £30, fundraising target £100

You pay the full cost of the event place – fundraise as much as you can, with no set target or deadline, there’s a small admin fee to The Charity

When you sign up to an Ultra Challenge we’ll support you with:

What will I get on the day?
When you sign up to an Ultra Challenge, on the day, they’ll be:
- fully signposted route
- free food and drink
- a medal and downloadable certificate
- rest stops and medics available
