Celebrating our amazing community this Brain Tumour Awareness Month

March is Brain Tumour Awareness Month and we’re here to celebrate all the incredible ways our community raise their voices for change!

Brain tumours are still the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under 40, an urgent cause worth shouting about. So join us as we stomp our feet, make plenty of noise and raise our voices for change together – with your support, we can get closer to a cure.

From Tuesday 1 March to Sunday 6 March, we’ll be sharing ways you can get involved and become a voice for change, whether that’s raising funds to help us stomp out brain tumours by signing up for our inclusive new event, Conquer the Steps, or helping raise awareness by sharing your story.

From Monday 7 March to Sunday 13 March, we’ll be shining a spotlight on the voices of our research community, starting with the official premiere of our new research animation that brings our newly-launched research strategy, Accelerating a Cure, to life.

From Monday 14 March to Sunday 20 March, we’ll be handing the mic over to our Support and Information team, who’ll be letting you know about all the ways they’re on hand to help our community.

From Monday 21 March to Sunday 27 March, we’re amplifying the work done by our Policy and Campaigns team and how you can get involved to help bring about lasting change that benefits everybody affected by a brain tumour.

And, finally, from Monday 28 March to Thursday 31 March, we’ll be wrapping things up and recapping everything that’s happened during Brain Tumour Awareness Month.

Make sure you keep a close eye on our social media so you can stay up to date with the latest ways you can get involved with our work during March.
