Active Autumn: Fitness fundraising

Did you know that, on average, 34 people are diagnosed with a brain tumour every day in the UK?

Active Autumn is a personal fundraising challenge based on this number.

We’re challenging you to complete 34 minutes of exercise a day for 34 consecutive days throughout October and November. That could be walking, cycling, swimming, a gym workout, star jumps or something entirely unique to you.

Sign up and help us accelerate cures for everyone affected by a brain tumour.

Mark is my inspiration; his stoicism and positive outlook made me realise that we had to do something. If during the event I start to doubt my ability to finish I will just close my eyes and picture Mark and that image will help me turn the pedal again and keep going.
