Saturday 13 June 2020 Lake District Runs

An update from our Events team

last updated 3 April 2020

The Lake District Challenge has been cancelled.

We will be in touch with all of our team members with more information.

Thank you for your continued support and patience during this time and if you have any queries, please contact or call 01252 237867.

Be part of our team in this new event for 2020 and help us pick up the pace to a cure!

Walk, jog, or run the Lake District Challenge through England's finest countryside on this fantastic Ultra Challenge and you'll get the best support and hospitality all the way.

The Challenge Base Camp is in Kendal. From there it's a 100km anticlockwise loop taking in a couple of tough hills, Ambleside, a half way point by Lake Windermere, forests, and nature reserve, with some stunning views - before a huge welcome and celebration back at Base Camp after a momentous journey.

Suitable for all experience levels, why not go further to accelerate a cure and take on the 100km full challenge? Half and quarter options also available.

Please note: if entering this event through a ‘Minimum Fundraising Target’ place, you commit to raise a minimum sponsorship amount (to be determined by your chosen event distance). In any case, the cost of your place is your registration fee (paid by you at registration) and an Event Fee (paid by The Charity). The balance will only be paid should we be satisfied with your fundraising amount, ahead of your event. The Charity’s Event Fee (to confirm your place) ranges from £39.50 - £215 depending on your chosen race distance, and is taken from your fundraising.

This event is organised by Action Challenge.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with the events team or call 01252 237867.
