Returns to London Heathrow 16 December 2016

Our fundraising team will be on hand to help you reach your target and will provide you with a fundraising guide and media advice to help you make the most of your experience.
You will be cycling on flat coastal and also hilly terrain in Vietnam. The roads and terrain in Cambodia are generally poorer than in Vietnam, and the journey will occasionally see you detour onto off-road tracks which can become muddy during the rainy season. Though sections of this tour are off-road, it is primarily a road biking tour and you will encounter traffic on the busier roads. All participants should be comfortable with road cycling. A good level of fitness and experience on mountain terrains is recommended.
How do I join the team?

Kerry walked the Great Wall of China for us; "Inspired by my fathers courage and determination not to give up, in January 2014 I decided to trek the Great Wall of China to raise money for The Charity. I was quite unfit at the time so the prospect of trekking the 80k+ was very daunting but I received massive support from family, friends, the charity and complete strangers. I succeeded in raising over £3000 and will never forget the experience."
Katie completed a challenge for The Charity; "Exploring the world whilst raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity was an incredible experience. I met wonderful people, experienced amazing scenery and although it was a tough challenge, I had the best time! I'd thoroughly recommend taking on a overseas challenge to anyone".

How do I organise a skydive?
There are many companies across the country that carry out skydives, we recommend Skyline but you can jump anywhere with anyone that suits you. You will receive support from us, including a fundraising pack and charity t-shirt for your jump.
You have two options:
1. Jump for free
In return for raising a minimum sponsorship amount we will pay for your jump and training and we'll receive a sizable donation from your efforts at the same time.
2. Jump yourself
Alternatively you could fund the jump yourself, and then aim to raise as much as possible for us.
If you have any questions please get in touch with the events team: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01252 749043.
We are here to support you, whatever you want to do. Take on a new challenge and raise funds into lifesaving research.
