Emma's story

In October 2003 Emma’s father was diagnosed with a glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain tumour. Emma’s father died in February 2004. This film is her story of what it was like to care for someone dying from a brain tumour. In this film Emma talks about supporting her father, how this changed the dynamics of their relationship and how this changed the dynamics of her relationships with those around her, including her friends and her work place. Emma speaks about how as a carer, the little things matter and sometimes you have to let other things pass. She also speaks about remembering her father with pride and love.
