Over 800 people will be diagnosed with a brain tumour this March, Brain Tumour Awareness Month. A cure can't wait, we need to take action now. Whichever way you chose to #WearItOut on Bandanas for Brain Tumours Day, it's still not too late to go the extra mile and help us raise £100,000 for research into early diagnosis.
As a fundraiser you are amazing, and you can choose to raise money in the way that suits you best. Here are some great ideas you could try this March during Brain Tumour Awareness Month.
Make like Mary Berry and bake your way to fundraising success. Who doesn't love to eat cake? Hold a bake sale at work, school or at your own home. It is a great excuse to take some time out, spend time with the people around you and enjoy a cuppa… all while raising fantastic funds!
Why don't you make it into a competition? Get your colleagues or friends to contribute to the bake sale and have people vote on their top cake. Who will be star baker at your bake sale?
Need some decorations? We have balloons, bunting, posters and collection boxes. All you need to do is get in touch, let us know about your fundraising event and we will get goodies sent out in the post as soon as possible.
So what's your favourite flavour? Chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, walnut, coffee or carrot? Test them all on your bake off challenge! Don't forget to wear your bandana while you are at it.
