Improving Brain Tumour Care Survey – Palliative & end-of-life care
During this survey, you’ll be asked about your or a loved one’s experiences after receiving a terminal brain tumour diagnosis.
Palliative care is not just for end of life. It is defined as an approach to improve quality-of-life through enhanced supportive care by treating the symptoms and side-effects of the disease and its treatment and may also include psychological, social and spiritual care. End of life is defined as the last six months.
The following questions are ask about the support there is in place currently and what other types of support would be helpful. This survey should take around ten minutes to complete and you can complete it anonymously or choose to share your contact details with us.
