Playlists for Young Adults

A selection of playlists, curated by our Young Ambassadors, to bring you comfort, joy and help you relax.

Some of our Young Ambassadors have created playlists full of music which helped them through their journeys, whether that be providing comfort, relaxation or positive vibes! Hear more below from Rebecca, Mel and Amanda as they talk through their playlists.

Comfort – Rebecca

“This playlist is a blend of soothing and melodic tracks that have brought me comfort and helped me process my emotions as a brain tumour survivor. There’s a few different genres, including lofi, instrumental, pop, rock, world, reggae and soul, with restful, relatable and empowering themes. I hope this playlist can encourage and uplift you, and help you feel less alone in what you’re going through âť¤” – Rebecca

Chilled and Relaxed – Mel

“This chilled and relaxed playlist is music that I can have on in the background and just, you guessed it… relax! Some new, some old, but all fitting to my taste! Run away to mars is definitely a stand out for me, this is one of the songs I had on repeat during recovery from surgery – hope you enjoy these tunes as much as I do x” – Mel

Positive Vibes – Amanda

“Positive vibes has been made with a collection of uplifting music genres including pop, oldies and timeless classics. Whether you’re in need a dose of happiness or just some good tunes to have a bit of a sing along to then this playlist has got you covered. Filled with motivational and inspiring songs with lyrics that will be sure to lift your spirits. I created this playlist for other people facing similar challenges to what I’ve faced. But honestly anyone can enjoy this upbeat playlist and have a good old dance party. Dive in and let the good vibes flow!” – Amanda
