Take strides towards beating brain tumours at the Chiltern 50, the 50km looped challenge sits in the finest countryside, with historic trails, rolling hills, nature reserves, and fantastic views. Starting in Henley, and a route through the Chiltern Way – this event is easily accessible from London.

The Brain Tumour Charity is an official Series Partner of the 2026 Ultra Series which means you’ll receive a 50% discount on the ‘full sponsorship’ option when signing up.

How to enter the Chiltern 50 Ultra Challenge

Choose a distance and fundraising option that suits you, sign up using the link above and we’ll support you on your fundraising journey.

You pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place! As we are an official Charity Partner – you get 50% off the standard reg fee below which is automatically added at checkout.

50km: registration fee £40, fundraising target £375

25km: registration fee £30, fundraising target £275

10km: registration fee £20, fundraising target £100

At least 50% of the sponsorship target must be with The Charity 3 week prior to the Challenge. Failure to meet the deadline may result in cancellation of your place by The Charity. The remaining 50% and any extra, should be with your Charity by 4 weeks after the Challenge. We are here to support you get to your fundraising target !

When you sign up to an Ultra Challenge, on the day, they’ll be:

  • regular rest stops with massages and medics available
