Online meet ups
We know how invaluable our face-to-face events can be and while we’re currently unable to bring everyone together in person, we still want to give you the chance to meet new people and share your experiences.
It’s so important, now more than ever, to keep in touch with friends, family and others to help us through these unfamiliar times.
So, as we all get to grips with communicating differently, we’re introducing our brand new online meet ups. These sessions are hosted by our Support and Information team, and give you the opportunity to connect with others affected by a brain tumour in a completely new and safe way.
As these are small group sessions, spaces are limited, so please sign-up below to help us know who to expect on the day.

We’re also in the process of planning online meets up for adults (over 30) living with a brain tumour, so please keep an eye on this page for more details.
Online meet ups for young adults
If you’re aged 16-30 and are living with, or beyond, a brain tumour diagnosis, these online meets up are for you! Join us for some fun online games and get to know others who understand.
For more information or if you have any questions, please get in touch with our Young Adults team on YAS@thebraintumourcharity.org or by calling 0808 800 0004.
Online meet ups for parents
If you have a child (aged 0-18) living with a brain tumour, then join us for our online meet ups for parents. Each week will focus on a different topic, but ultimately these online sessions give you the chance to chat with other parents about the things important to you.
We're currently reviewing our online parents meet ups to make sure they're fully accessible and meet your needs.
If you'd like to share any thoughts or ideas on what you'd like to see from our online meet ups, please contact the Children and Families Team at firstname.lastname@example.org

Online meet ups for carers
If somebody you care for has been diagnosed with a brain tumour, our Online Meet Ups for carers and loved ones are a great chance to connect with others and support each other through these testing times.
The technical bit
These sessions are free to attend and will be held using Zoom. Step-by-step instructions on how to use this platform will be sent via email after you sign-up.
We understand that new situations can sometimes feel daunting, but please don’t worry. You can join in with as little or as much of the conversation as you like – whatever feels right for you.
