Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge 2024

The magical Cotswold Way provides a stunning setting for a testing challenge – with some fantastic views en route and tough hills in between!

Our base-camp in Cirencester is the hub for a full challenge looped route through the heart of the Cotswolds, which provides a stunning setting for 2,000 adventurers to test themselves. There are rolling hills, villages, the magical Cotswold Way, footpaths & trails, with some fabulous views en route – and a few tough hills in between!

You’ll get full support & hospitality, including optional university style accommodation at our base-camp. Choose from the full challenge, three-quarter challenge, half challenge, or quarter distance option. We also offer a 10km or 10 mile route as an intro to this challenge.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, t-shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement

Important information from the event organiser

All sponsorship goes directly to the Charity via your online fundraising page. At least 50% of the sponsorship target should be with the Charity 3 week prior to the Challenge. At this time, the Charity agrees to pay a fee for your place to the Organiser (similar to the Self Funding cost – or half of it for Mixed Funding as you’ve already covered half). Failure to meet the deadline may result in cancellation of your place by the charity. The remaining 50% and any extra, should be with your Charity by 4 weeks after the Challenge.
