How do I organise a skydive?
Charity-funded skydive
We work with Skyline Events to organise the charity-funded skydives and we ask you to pay a registration fee of £70 and to fundraise a minimum of £395 per person. This helps us to cover the costs of your skydive and to ensure your hard-earned fundraising goes towards our charitable objectives.
If this is the option for you, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…
- Choose your UK location, select a date and pay your booking fee on the Skyline Events website.
- Set up your online fundraising page with a £395* target per person. We recommend JustGiving.
- Fundraise, fundraise, fundraise! Share your page on social media and don’t forget you can help reach your target by fundraising offline too. If you’d like some inspiration, take a look at these great ideas and hints and tips.
Supporting you on your skydive
When you join our team, you’ll receive support from the Events Team including:
- email updates
- access to our fundraising resources
- a charity t-shirt to wear for the event
- access to a Facebook group for our fundraisers
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us; email events@thebraintumourcharity.org or call 01252 237867.
Falling 10,000 feet at 125mph is less scary than facing a brain tumour.

Ready to jump?
We’re here to support you, whatever you choose to do. So why not take on a new challenge, organise a sponsored skydive and help raise funds into lifesaving research?

Self-Funded Skydive?
Alternatively, you could fund the jump yourself, and then join our team and aim to raise as much as possible. We’d love you to take the leap for us, so let us know to get your free Charity t-shirt to wear on the day. We’ll support you every step of the way!
FAQS
-
Skydiving is a weather dependent activity this means there is a chance you may have to wait all day for the right weather conditions and then not be able to jump. The airfield will try their best to make sure you can jump on the day!

The weight limits for men and women can vary between our airfields – you can click here to see the limits at each airfield. Just click on your selected location to see the details.
For the tandem skydives the minimum age is 16 – however anyone aged 16 or 17 would need to have a parental consent form on the day of their jump. You will have access to this once you have booked. Some airfields also have an upper age limit.
