Culture Champions
Our Culture Champions work hard to make sure that we take time between all the amazing work we do to create a vibrant, fun and engaging workplace.
They plan our Festive Gathering, order in pizza for the team, run crafty workshops and other exciting events throughout the year.
“I love being part of the Culture Champions because culture affects how we feel at work – be that how valued we feel or how inclusive the environment is. I am proud to be involved in a group that can help positively influence the environment we work in so we can all thrive in our roles. It’s rewarding to play my part in organising the activities that we run, which include anything from wreath making to Valentine’s biscuit decorating to our Festive Gathering. Although these may seem small, they all contribute in making The Brain Tumour Charity a great place to work!”
