The Great American Songbook
Kew Wind Orchestra returns to the Live Room in style, showcasing local legends Sophie Burnham, Lucy Moorby and Andrew Bain performing a selection of American standards with the band including classics such as Misty, Autumn Leaves and more.
The evening culminates in the phenomenal Miles Davis/Gil Evans arrangement of Gershwin’s Porgy & Bess featuring trumpet powerhouse Toby Street (Royal Philharmonic Orchestra).
